Nitrous Plate Bottle Discipline on Asphalt Runs
AN hose routing and PTFE pressure control keep nitrous plates safe when bottle temps climb on the strip.

Race-day red bottle gauges hit the mark only when you lock bottle pressure before the burnout. Amber flags wave when heat spikes push past safe windows on the line.
PTFE hose from the extract handles nitrous loads up to the pressures seen in hydraulic and nitrous systems. It resists the fuels and temps that crack rubber lines on the strip.
Route AN lines with 37-degree flares tight to the plate, keeping bends wide and away from exhaust or suspension travel. Carbon-black sheathing adds abrasion protection under load.
Checkered-flag discipline means verifying every fitting against the system volume before the run. Never mix JIC threads with AN flares on the nitrous circuit.
