Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after purchase confirmation. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and overnight delivery where available. The cost and delivery time depend on the shipping method chosen, the destination, and the size/weight of the package.

Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping might be offered on certain items or for orders over a specified amount; these promotions will be clearly indicated.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you don't receive this, please contact our customer service.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or proof of non-delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
 
 

 

 

Returns Policy

 

Return Eligibility: Most items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized or special order parts, items opened used or installed, and clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective upon arrival.

Return Process:
  • Contact customer service to initiate a return. You'll receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • Returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error or the product is defective.
  • Include the return authorization number provided by customer service with your returned item.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship out the replacement if it's available.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will handle the return shipping at our expense and provide a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee might apply for certain returns, particularly for high-value or oversized items. This will be clearly communicated upon initiating the return process.
