Nitrous plate systems demand discipline at the bottle before the first hit. Maintain target pressure to keep delivery consistent and avoid lean spikes that torch pistons on the stripe.

PTFE-lined AN hose is the proven choice for nitrous circuits. It handles the pressures and chemical demands while resisting permeation that rubber lines cannot match.

Every fitting carries a 37-degree flare. Mate only AN to AN components—JIC threads differ enough to leak under race loads and compromise the plate spray pattern.

Route lines away from heat and vibration. Secure with proper supports so abrasion never reaches the hose braid on repeated passes down asphalt.

Check bottle pressure at each staging lane. Small deviations compound fast when the solenoid opens, turning a safe plate hit into an engine-ending event.
